Charming Stay Near the Museums

accessible location friendly staff convenient lift early check-in
The location was superb. It was easy to access museums and public transport. I appreciated the friendly staff and their consistent helpfulness. The room included a fan, a nice amenity, and the lift made moving luggage easy. I found the early check-in option to be fairly priced, a lovely touch.
The hotel didn't pick up the used cups for 3 days though I put the cleaning sign on the door every day. I complained, but no attention was paid and the glasses we took back were added to the previous ones.

Staff members were consistently available and helpful. They provided assistance with directions and local information at all hours. The front desk also offered complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day for all guests. This was a lovely service.

The room was very clean and well-kept. It provided a comfortable space for rest. The room included all necessary amenities such as fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. The beds were comfortable with clean and soft linen.

fantastic stay!

helpful staff amazing location quality towels nice soap
This place is great! the staff answered all my questions. the location is amazing. Lots is a short walk away. i liked the provided shower gel and hand soap. The towels were also a nice size.

bike rental tram access friendly staff
the location was close to a major bike rental company. it was convenient to hop on the local trams to the central train station. the staff was friendly.
the stairs to reach the reception were a bit steep.
